Safavieh combines a Home division within its wholesale business, supplied by its own production of case goods and upholstered lines from around the world. We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.

I received the outdoor rugs in just a few days to use on our deck. I was pleased with the colors and thickness of the rugs. However, in only a few short weeks the rugs have started to disintegrate. I ordered them in June and by the end of July the rugs were feeling different when walked on. It feels like you are walking on sand and it gets all over your feet. The rugs might last longer when used inside, but they should not be advertised as outdoor rugs. I would be hesitant to use these anywhere due to the poor quality.
