Safavieh combines a Home division within its wholesale business, supplied by its own production of case goods and upholstered lines from around the world. We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.

I spent a LOT of time searching for the perfect rugs for our deck. Ordering a[...]went well and timely. I am so disappointed in the color of these rugs! I checked it on two different computers before ordering and they appeared to be a brown/brick/terracotta color. It actually is a rosy peach color! I will post how easy it is to return rugs since this color absolutely will not work! Quality of the rugs seem to be good. I've only opened one after I saw that the color was off.

This rug is good quality. I have another outdoor rug purchased elsewhere and cleaning it is a nightmare. It isn't made out of the same materials and all of the dirt/debris stays trapped but NOT in this one. Just hose it off and let dry or blow it with your blower.
